1. Introduction

  • All content provided by Mamisum (logos, designs, texts) is owned by us and may not be used or copied without permission.
  • User-generated content remains the property of the user; however, by uploading content you grant Mamisum a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content to facilitate the service.

6. Payments and Transactions

  • Buyers and sellers must comply with our secure payment processes.
  • Mamisum is not liable for any unauthorized financial transactions facilitated outside the official platform.

7. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in case of violation of these terms or illegal activities.
  • Users can delete their accounts at any time through app settings or by contacting support.

8. Updates to Terms of Use

  • Mamisum may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified via email or app notifications of significant changes.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Mamisum provides the platform "as is" and disclaims warranties for accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service.
  • We are not liable for actions of users, sellers, or buyers within the platform, except as required by law.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
